Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a Medical field
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of product management and 6 months of sales experience in the health care industry
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans
  • Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels
  • Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs
  • Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their execution
  • Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits
  • Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies
  • Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis
  • Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results
