What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core areas of our platform, from customer discovery and roadmap definition, to go-to-market strategy, delivery, and iteration.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring new features to life that are intuitive, impactful, and scalable.
  • Lead customer discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product-led growth, adoption, and retention strategies.
  • Prioritize opportunities and define clear problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses to guide decision-making.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Solid understanding of user experience design, experimentation, and agile delivery.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with product analytics and customer feedback tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Hotjar, Pendo, etc.).
  • Bonus: Experience with platforms that support onboarding, engagement, or growth-focused features.
