Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience, demonstrating expertise in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop product roadmaps and plans, and a track record of effectively collaborating with engineering and QA to define, design, and deliver products. They should also have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong sense of professional ethics, and experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, including Field Sales or Field Medical, and experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager, Vault CRM, will drive strategic direction of Vault CRM, define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from various stakeholders, be the voice of the customer, and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities. They will also evangelize products, become the subject matter expert, collaborate with other departments, and ultimately be responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers.
