Technical experience in digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce portals

Experience in digital strategy, converting insights into strategic initiatives, defining product requirements and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
Expertise in implementing propensity-driven personalization using models for dynamic offers
Ability to drive sales funnel improvements, lead quality/volume, and deeper engagement/monetization for new and existing customers

Digital Strategy: Convert insights into strategic initiatives, define product requirements and roadmap in line with business objectives and technical constraints. Ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards and enhances the online customer journey
Implementation of propensity-driven personalization: Leverage models to deliver dynamic offers
Sales Funnel: Evaluate funnel metrics, traffic sources, and conversion drivers; collaborate with analytics to improve lead quality and volume for new and existing customers. Drive deeper engagement and monetization of existing customers
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across the organization (UX/Design/content/legal/marketing/PR/sales/analytics) to achieve business objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate product vision clearly, and foster agile development practices
Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, coordinating releases, and ensuring quality in digital platforms. Monitor KPIs and conduct analysis to continuously improve product performance and user engagement
