Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills to grow and mentor a high-performing team of Small Business product and merchandising managers
  • Technical experience in digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce portals
  • Data-driven decision making capabilities, including evaluating funnel metrics, traffic sources, conversion drivers, and KPIs
  • Experience in digital strategy, converting insights into strategic initiatives, defining product requirements and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
  • Expertise in implementing propensity-driven personalization using models for dynamic offers
  • Ability to drive sales funnel improvements, lead quality/volume, and deeper engagement/monetization for new and existing customers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with teams including UX/Design, content, legal, marketing, PR, sales, and analytics
  • Experience overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle: gathering requirements, prioritizing features, coordinating releases, ensuring quality

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Grow and mentor a high-performing team of Small Business product and merchandising managers aligned with business growth & career development
  • Digital Strategy: Convert insights into strategic initiatives, define product requirements and roadmap in line with business objectives and technical constraints. Ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards and enhances the online customer journey
  • Implementation of propensity-driven personalization: Leverage models to deliver dynamic offers
  • Sales Funnel: Evaluate funnel metrics, traffic sources, and conversion drivers; collaborate with analytics to improve lead quality and volume for new and existing customers. Drive deeper engagement and monetization of existing customers
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across the organization (UX/Design/content/legal/marketing/PR/sales/analytics) to achieve business objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate product vision clearly, and foster agile development practices
  • Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, coordinating releases, and ensuring quality in digital platforms. Monitor KPIs and conduct analysis to continuously improve product performance and user engagement
