Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience designing digital products (UX + UI), with experience designing SaaS solutions and a strong understanding of design systems and system-level thinking. They should also demonstrate the ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems, along with humility and a willingness to act on design feedback in an iterative process, and proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will contribute to overall product strategy and decision-making, collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to conduct user research, validate design decisions with data, shape customer problems and opportunities by refining insights and wireframing new experiences, partner closely with engineers to evolve solutions, experiment with generative AI technologies to design intuitive experiences, design agentic AI workflows, collaborate with design teammates to ensure a consistent experience, and use and contribute to the company’s design system.
