Workera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join their team. This role focuses on designing AI-powered learning experiences that help users understand and grow their skills. The designer will be instrumental in making sophisticated AI systems feel intuitive, personal, and human, shaping the end-to-end learner journey. Workera organizes into small, mission-driven teams (2-3 people) using the ShapeUp methodology, with each team focusing on a problem for six weeks. The designer will transform insights into ideas, wireframes into prototypes, and experiments into elegant solutions, balancing intelligence with empathy. Collaboration with product and engineering is key to bringing cutting-edge capabilities like adaptive assessments and agentic workflows to life, crafting experiences that are functional, engaging, empowering, and trustworthy.
The team operates in small, focused groups (2-3 people) using the ShapeUp methodology, tackling high-impact challenges over six-week cycles. As the designer, you will own the user experience from discovery to final design, collaborating closely with product and engineering. You will help define how Workera’s AI-native capabilities are presented in the user experience, crafting agentic workflows, simplifying complexity, and ensuring users feel guided, supported, and in control.
