Experience conducting user research, creating proof-of-concept designs, shaping early product definitions, and aligning cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Engineers is required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience with US and international teams, is also necessary.
The Senior Product Designer will drive product growth by designing and delivering new features and enhancements across the website, responsive web app, and mobile app. This role involves acting as a strategic design lead within a squad, shaping product vision in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers, and creating/governing design systems for consistency and scalability. Responsibilities include defining design challenges that span multiple squads, aligning them with product strategy and business goals, and measuring design impact through research and data analysis. The designer will own key user journeys, ensure seamless user experiences, run and analyze user research, coach junior designers, and socialize design insights across the company. Staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating best practices into design processes are also key duties.
