Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Design: Drive key product initiatives from initial problem framing through high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation
  • Define Experience Strategy: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to shape experience strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Champion User Needs: Conduct and synthesize user research to gain deep insights, consistently advocating for the needs of both freelancers and clients in all design decisions
  • Deliver High-Quality Design: Craft intuitive and elegant solutions, guided by strong rationale, that effectively solve complex interaction problems
  • Evolve the Design System: Develop and steward our design system, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across the entire product ecosystem
  • Inspire Design Excellence: Foster a culture of design excellence within the team by encouraging collaboration, promoting continuous learning, and sharing best practices
  • Communicate Design Rationale: Clearly articulate and present your design rationale and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in
