Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions and experience in end-to-end user experience processes, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods. Proficiency in Figma and some experience with enterprise SaaS products are required, along with outstanding collaboration and communication skills. An online portfolio is necessary, and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and experience with design systems are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Product Designers will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, owning the user experience solution from conception to rollout. Responsibilities include understanding project goals to deliver high-quality design specs, executing on projects, scoping work, and considering potential use cases beyond a single project. Designers will produce creative solutions to complex problems, create user flows, specs, and prototypes, use storytelling to present design work, organize content, promote the use of the design system, provide input to team members through reviews and guidance, and develop knowledge of CrowdStrike features and services to drive consistency.
