Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience as a product-focused digital designer, demonstrating expertise in platform-level system thinking and the ability to design for complex, interconnected systems. They should have a strong eye for high-quality visual and interaction design, a passion for UI details, and proficiency in data visualization and insights. Experience working directly with customers to inform design decisions through research, testing, and conversation is also required, along with experience handling comprehensive projects with overlapping organizational lines.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will help build and refine strategy and storytelling around platform needs and opportunities, play a major role in product decision-making by working with customers and leadership, rally and inspire the team to deliver experiences that meet high standards, analyze and document enterprise-tier customer needs through data analysis and user interviews, develop generalizable solutions addressing complex customer structures while maintaining usability, lead collaboration efforts with other product teams, and build lasting relationships with Support and Sales Engineering teams to solve customer problems.
