Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or Visual Communication Design
5+ years of experience in digital product development (mobile/desktop apps, web, and/or digital ecosystems)
Experience working on cross-functional design and development teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating discovery, interaction, and visual design skills for mobile and desktop/web applications
Experience leading projects end-to-end, utilizing design rationale based on metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings, and presenting to leadership and executives
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities

Design and develop integration solutions for applications
Conduct in-depth analysis of integration challenges and propose effective solutions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Optimize and refine existing integrations for improved performance and efficiency
