Requirements
Candidates should have 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio, and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree and prior experience in a top-tier crypto company are considered a plus. Strong conceptual and design thinking skills, a high bar for craft and quality, and passion for creating appealing, simple, and memorable work are essential. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, Framer, or After Effects is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for CoinTracker products, from concept ideation to final implementation. They will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs, and utilize user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. Responsibilities also include maintaining and improving design systems, championing user-centric design principles, and staying current with industry trends in UX/UI design and the crypto space. Additionally, the designer will mentor more junior members of the design team.
