Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of product design experience, including experience with SaaS or complex platform environments, and 5+ years of experience leading and managing product design teams. They should have a proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-centered products at scale, deep expertise in user research, interaction design, and systems thinking, and a demonstrated ability to connect design strategy to business and customer outcomes. Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Design Manager will lead the vision and strategy for Service Delivery UX, partnering with Product and Engineering to translate business goals, user insights, and data into actionable design strategies. They will manage and mentor a talented group of product designers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration, and champion user-centered design by embedding user research and data-driven practices into the product development process. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, influencing product direction, contributing to the design system, and hiring and developing exceptional talent while also planning and allocating resources effectively.
