Clio is a global leader transforming the legal experience by improving the lives of legal professionals and increasing access to justice. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead our Service Delivery team. This team is responsible for the tools and workflows that enable legal professionals to plan, manage, and execute high-quality legal work, including experiences like calendaring, task orchestration, case management workflows, and collaboration within Clio Manage, our flagship product.
This is a critical leadership role within Clio’s growing Product Design & Research organization. As a strategic design leader, you will combine strategic oversight with design craft, setting direction while remaining close to the work. You will shape the design vision, nurture a high-performing design team, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver meaningful, human-centered experiences at scale.
This role is open to candidates across the US and Canada (excluding Quebec). Candidates located near our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto) are expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on designated Anchor Days.
