Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics, and have at least 10 years of experience in a quantitative field, with a focus on data analysis or data science. Expertise in SQL and Python is required, along with strong skills in statistics, probability, and quantitative reasoning. Experience in hardware or software reliability analytics is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Data Analyst will own and lead analytic thought leadership for product reliability, building and maintaining reliability metrics and monitoring to enable early alerting for field issues. They will conduct root cause analysis, create scalable resources for problem-solving, develop tools for support engineers, monitor RMAs, and establish fundamentals and documentation for product reliability analytics. Additionally, the role involves defining and owning key engineering metrics, applying statistical reasoning to identify anomalies, and presenting data insights to executive audiences.
