Responsibilities

  • Generate key insights from data and use them to drive growth across owned (in-product, existing customer base), earned (referrals, SEO), and paid (digital marketing) channels
  • Help build valuation models to predict customer lifetime value
  • Analyse the marketing funnel, impact of marketing changes on acquisition rates and customer quality, and maximize return on marketing investments, focusing on proving incrementality
  • Support building and implementing a plan to integrate AI into marketing strategy for content generation, data analysis, and delivering optimal deals to the right customers at the right time
  • Create and drive strategies to transition single-product customers to multi-product engagement and advocacy
  • Work with marketing and developer teams to support paid/digital marketing strategy
  • Problem-solve with software engineers, product designers, and operational teams to build optimal customer experiences
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Brand, Finance, and other stakeholders to assess feasibility and implications of initiatives
  • Work on growth initiatives: monitor key metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Work on technical initiatives: build understanding of systems and key integrations with other teams
