Responsibilities

  • Lead on RuneScape: Dragonwilds marketing strategy from early access through to full launch
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across multiple channels
  • Own branding and strategic beat campaign strategy across all Jagex titles, ensuring consistency with overall marketing and creative strategy
  • Build detailed audience segments and customised targeting strategies to enhance user acquisition and re-engagement performance
  • Lead the paid influencer marketing strategy, collaborating closely with the Community team to align organic and paid strategy
  • Oversee budget management, optimising media spend across channels to meet revenue targets and ensure cost efficiency
  • Define and implement geo-expansion strategies, identifying new markets and scaling performance in key regions
  • Lead testing and optimisation, managing A/B tests for creative and landing pages to drive higher conversion rates and engagement
  • Shape our social growth strategy with our Community team
  • Collaborate with our Partnership & Merchandising team on marketing campaigns
  • Utilise data from attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics to drive continual improvements in campaign strategy
  • Report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both marketing and executive stakeholders
