  • Capability to hit KPIs like lead volume, CPA <$650, engagement lifts, and pipeline contribution

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, performance, and management of paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Reddit, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms
  • Optimize the funnel by improving conversion rates from impression to opportunity via targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, audiences, user journeys, and landing page experiences
  • Partner with RevOps for accurate attribution, clear reporting, and seamless automations between ads, web, and email for high-quality lead delivery
  • Launch channel experiments, segment campaigns by industry and role, and unlock new sources of pipeline growth
  • Measure and report clear insights and recommendations weekly to inform budget allocation, creative strategy, and cross-channel efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, site, and customer journey teams to align messaging/targeting, optimize user journeys, and improve lead volumes/unit economics
  • Demonstrate ownership of digital performance media, hit volume/unit-cost KPIs, deliver exec-facing reporting, and create a Performance Media plan (90 days)
  • Deliver 200+ high-intent leads per month at competitive CPA and expand upper-funnel channels (6 months)
  • Achieve full-funnel media impact with integrated paid ads, messaging, and nurture flows contributing to pipeline (9 months)
  • Drive +30% increase in monthly qualified lead volume/cost-per-qualified-lead within 12 months, maintain CPA <$650, deliver 20% engagement lift, and surface 3+ insights per quarter
