Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in a People Operations role, demonstrating strong project management skills and efficient, thoughtful, and personable written and verbal communication abilities. They must be able and willing to work onsite 5 days a week, including 2 days in San Francisco and 3 days in Menlo Park, and possess proactive and detail-oriented administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior People Operations Manager will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, own all aspects of maintaining employee data and identify opportunities for automation through HR technology, support benefits & perks program, including running annual Open Enrollment, manage immigration and visa cases, field employee questions/concerns and assist in confidential employee relations matters, assist with multi-state and multi-national employment compliance across global hubs, administer People programs and initiatives such as engagement surveys and performance review cycles, and actively participate in various ad-hoc People Ops Team programs and projects.
