Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in PEO payroll implementation, ideally within a PEO or HCM service environment, is required. Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software and payroll processes, including compliance in all 50 states, is essential. Applicants should possess a strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, data compliance, and local labor laws. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the successful implementation of PEO enterprise and complex client accounts on the global payroll system. Responsibilities include organizing and running project kick-off meetings, maintaining project plans, configuring payroll settings using PrismHR software, and managing client payroll processes. The role involves supporting project review calls, ensuring timely management of payroll calendars, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The manager will oversee data migration, develop testing plans, implement change management strategies, and ensure compliance with local and international laws. Regular communication with clients and senior leadership to report on project status and escalate issues as necessary is also required.
