Requirements

Candidates are required to have 5+ years of experience in People Ops, People Analytics, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with payroll processing, benefits administration, and comfort owning compliance deliverables (401k audit experience is a plus) is necessary, along with experience owning or significantly contributing to the buildout of people programs, such as performance, feedback, surveys, and engagement. Strong working knowledge of Rippling and/or Culture Amp, or a proven ability to quickly learn and optimize HR systems is also needed, as well as analytical confidence—the ability to use data to support sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

The People Analytics Business Partner will run core People Operations processes including payroll, employee record maintenance, compliance tracking, and benefits administration, with an eye toward attention to detail and continual process improvement. They will drive programmatic work related to performance reviews, feedback delivery, and employee lifecycle processes, requiring cross-functional partnership to scale well. This role involves acting as a strategic partner for managers and People team leaders, helping connect business priorities with people strategy and owning key systems like Culture Amp and Rippling to ensure seamless employee workflows and accurate data. The role also entails building with scrappiness to design processes and monitor trends, and supporting culture and change by designing and implementing high-impact programs that reinforce company values and improve the employee experience.
