Requirements

The Sr. PXBP candidate should possess 10-15 years of HR Business Partner experience, specifically partnering with leaders in Engineering, Product, Online, and/or Marketing functions. They require proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work, and possess project management and change management experience. Furthermore, the candidate must have experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and the ability to cultivate relationships across teams, along with experience using data to identify insights that drive action.

Responsibilities

The Sr. PXBP will partner with C-suite executives and their business units to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy, coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, provide guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling, coach leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback, and partner with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business.
