The Biotech Solutions Partnership and Engagement Specialist will complete operational processes to optimize daily activities and performance, engaging across the biotech sector. They will contribute to prioritizing initiatives, potentially leading the planning, development, oversight, analysis, and execution of key operational processes. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, developing content for client meetings, managing shared mailboxes and collaboration workspaces, and leading partnership onboarding and implementation. The specialist will direct account setup and operationalization, own ongoing partnership support and maintenance, facilitate relationship management, and drive technical or process integration as needed. They will monitor customer experience through surveys and feedback, maintain client-specific collaboration workspaces, and develop support materials. Proactive collaboration with initiative leads and management to improve processes, systems, training, and communications is expected. Support for sector-level conferences, assisting Biotech Portfolio Leads with their partnership needs, and leading workstreams for new operating models are key duties. The role involves managing and facilitating meetings with client engagement, leading small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives, identifying and assessing compliance with processes, performing special projects, and conducting proactive root cause analyses for partnership improvements.
