Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in partner operations, partner enablement, revenue operations, or a related field, along with proven experience building and optimizing partner programs, tools, and systems (PRM/CRM). Strong analytical skills are required, enabling the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
The Senior Partner Operations & Enablement Manager will design and execute operational strategies that scale partner programs, build and optimize systems and infrastructure behind partner enablement, lead onboarding and certification programs, create training materials, develop reporting frameworks, collaborate with Revenue Operations on internal processes, deploy and manage partner learning platforms, partner with Product and Product Marketing on content accuracy, and work closely with Sales leadership on joint pipeline strategy and go-to-market alignment.
