Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in alliance marketing/partner marketing
  • Excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
  • Strong understanding of Backbase values in the context of Enterprise (SaaS) selling
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Analytics, Agile way of working, or Project Management (Masters preferred)
  • Experience in product marketing, brand marketing, and growth marketing functions
  • Experience with Account-based Marketing (ABM) practices (ITSMA certification is a plus)
  • 2+ years of track record working with major Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate, maintain, and build upon excellent partner relationships
  • Lead global Account-based marketing campaigns (campaign-in-a-box)
  • Support field marketing teams on adoption and scaling up integrated campaigns in the region
  • Define and drive joint Go-to-market strategy and campaign executions across all regions
  • Set up funnel metrics and diligently track and report end-to-end campaign performance (in collaboration with the growth team)
  • Actively build and manage relationships with global ecosystem partners to ensure we are grasping and expanding growth initiatives
  • Secure partner commitments (including funding, content, joint events, etc.) to support strategic initiatives
  • Manage the global campaign budget & MDF allocation
  • Become the “Subject Matter Expert” in the Backbase partner ecosystem (at both product and customer level)
