  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience
  • Quota-carrying digital sales experience
  • Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills
  • Strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics
  • Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success
  • Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives
  • Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers
  • Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations
  • Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies
