Requirements

Candidates should have experience as a paralegal, contracts manager, or legal assistant with case management or client management experience, along with in-depth knowledge of NDAs and negotiating NDA agreements. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and technology, willingness to ask questions and be resourceful to accomplish work objectives, and the ability to lead internal client relationships, providing direction and support in identifying and addressing their legal needs are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Paralegal will manage Groq’s contract management system, including inbound and outbound contract requests throughout the life of the contract and maintain Groq’s standard contract templates that streamline the contracting process, take a leadership role for Groq’s legal operations architect and design of legal processes and operations, lead the NDA process, including review, revision and signature process, manage and administer various legal and compliance processes along with policy management, identify, build, and improve legal workflows, focusing on efficiency, scale, and quality control, respond to legal requests from business teams by summarizing and communicating legal concepts and procedures, and lead strategic projects for legal teams including cross-functional stakeholders.
