Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being preferred. Significant experience in operations, lean methodologies, and data analysis is required, along with a strong understanding of global supply chains and logistics. Experience with modelling and analytics tools is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Operations Lean Insights Manager, you will develop a strategic roadmap for PlayStation’s Global Logistics & Supply Chain, focusing on building a metrics-driven approach and delivering a Continual Improvement programme. You will lead with Lean, utilizing the Lean framework to identify and remove waste, develop opportunities for continuous improvement, and deliver tangible results. Furthermore, you will review and analyze Operations data globally, identifying opportunities for improvement, and act as the funnel for generating action plans and feedback, as well as complete modelling and analytics exercises to provide key insights to stakeholders.
