About the Mission

Chez Columbia, notre croissance rapide en Europe nous pousse à repenser en continu nos méthodes de travail pour gagner en efficience. C’est exactement la mission de notre équipe Operations Transformation : identifier les inefficacités, accélérer la digitalisation, automatiser les tâches répétitives, et soutenir la conduite du changement dans toutes nos fonctions opérationnelles (logistique, service client, planning, distribution, etc.). Basé·e à Strasbourg, vous intégrerez notre centre de services partagés européen et rejoindrez une petite équipe dynamique composée de profils expérimentés (Business Analysts & Data Experts), avec laquelle vous collaborerez au quotidien. Vous reporterez au Senior Manager Regional Transformation Operations. Ce poste vous place au cœur de notre transformation digitale. Vous interviendrez sur des projets structurants à fort impact qui visent à anticiper les défis de demain. Grâce à votre double casquette de chef·fe de projet et contributeur·rice technique, vous piloterez des projets d’automatisation, de transformation et d’analytics de bout en bout, en partenariat étroit avec les équipes terrain. Le contexte est international : vous évoluerez dans un environnement multiculturel, travaillerez principalement en anglais, et serez en lien avec notre siège mondial à Portland.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Piloting and developing projects: Lead and develop automation, analytics, and transformation projects from the scoping phase to deployment.
  • Translating business needs: Translate business challenges into concrete and sustainable technical solutions.
  • Creating technical solutions: Create interactive dashboards with Power BI, model workflows with SQL or Python, and leverage available APIs to automate processes.
  • Concrete examples: Automate customer order tracking, redesign customer interactions via Zendesk, structure reporting for logistics teams.
  • Change management: Support change management and help teams adopt new tools or methods.
  • Training and mentoring: Train and mentor junior team members on development practices, deliverable quality, and technical collaboration.
  • Agile methodology: Work with an agile methodology, favoring rapid iterations and continuous improvement.
