Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles is also desired.
The Senior Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing operational inefficiencies, designing and implementing automation solutions, and supporting the digital transformation of Columbia Sportswear’s operations. They will also collaborate with various teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, create dashboards and reports, and contribute to the overall improvement of operational processes. Furthermore, the role involves supporting change management initiatives and mentoring junior team members, while working within an international and agile environment.
