Responsibilities

The Business Operations Associate will work closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects to monitor performance, validate outcomes, and identify strategic, clinical, and operational improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include creating scalable systems, automations, workflows, and operational processes to support clinical quality operations, tracking and maintaining metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs, and identifying and implementing innovations to maximize the quality, speed, and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team.
