Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills: Agreeing delivery timescales with customers, managing forecasts with partners, managing partners to meet P&L targets and develop accounts, managing internal order processes, overseeing production to ensure delivery of orders
  • Analytical skills: Forecasting for internal departments and teams, delivering budgeted monthly sales numbers across revenue and margin targets, updating weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking account balances aligned with credit limits
  • Collaborative skills: Working with UK Sales and Licensing Director to deliver annual budgets and drive incremental growth, developing and implementing retail strategy, building and communicating Key Account House Plans, building and managing relationships with buyers and treating retail customers as partners, holding regular meetings with buyers to present new artists/ranges/style guides, developing relationships with customer marketing contacts to execute campaigns, regular meetings with Supply Chain team, working with UK and US Brand Management teams, providing feedback on garment/visual changes, liaising and negotiating with suppliers, approvals, supply chain, finance, retailers, and other parties

Responsibilities

  • Leading and strategizing key UK high street retail accounts
  • Delivering budgeted revenue
  • Representing major artists and developing bands into brands by placing merchandise with top retailers
  • Working with UK Sales and Licensing Director to ensure annual budget delivery per account with plans for significant incremental growth
  • Developing retail strategy with UK Sales and Licensing Director and taking ownership of implementation
  • Building, driving, and communicating Key Account House Plans for key retail partners
  • Building and managing buyer relationships, holding regular meetings to present new artists/ranges/style guides
  • Developing relationships with customer marketing contacts to deliver campaigns maximizing sales and sell-thru
  • Regular meetings with Supply Chain team for updates on approvals and product development
  • Collaborating with UK and US Brand Management teams on artist activity and key dates
  • Providing feedback on garment/visual changes to product development team
  • Liaising and negotiating with all involved parties (suppliers, approvals, supply chain, finance, retailers) to ensure production and delivery
