Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving merchandising strategies
  • Apply in-depth knowledge in the development and execution of merchandising strategies, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Conduct pricing and promotion analysis to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities
  • Control logistics for assigned brands through the entire product line lifecycle and interact with respective design teams on the development of new products
  • Complete industry research and retail pricing comparisons and assist in establishing goals and programs to grow market share
  • Administer reports and dashboards to track and communicate sales performance, product metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
  • Communicate results and recommendations to Sales and Marketing to make informed business decisions
  • Guide and train junior-level staff members on industry best care practices, techniques, processes, and responsibilities
  • Conduct training for front-line team members to ensure organizational standards and processes are followed
