Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or member engagement roles, fluency in Iterable (or similar lifecycle platforms), strong analytical chops to track metrics and experiment to improve, and a creative mindset for writing compelling member copy and social posts. Experience running social or ambassador programs with real engagement results, comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams, and a passion for root-cause healthcare and member empowerment are also required. Familiarity with MacBook, Google suite, Slack, and Zoom is preferred.
The Senior Member Marketing Manager will lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, CRM, and push, own all creative and execution of onboarding, engagement, and winback flows, manage social media strategy and content, lead creative team to develop high-performing assets, lead ambassador, referral, and loyalty programs, develop dashboards and reporting to monitor member retention, engagement, & NPS, partner closely with Product and Sales/MX to improve the member experience, write and manage member newsletters, announcements, and promotions, and champion the voice of the member in all messaging touchpoints.
