  • Salary: $119,000 - $140,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Parsley Health is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior Member Marketing Manager to lead the entire member journey, from onboarding and engagement to reactivation and referrals. This role will own all organic, lifecycle-driven channels, including email/SMS flows, social media, newsletters, ambassador programs, and loyalty campaigns. The goal is to ensure a smooth end-to-end member experience, focusing on member retention, reactivation, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, CRM, and push notifications.
  • Own the creative and execution of onboarding, engagement, and winback flows.
  • Manage social media strategy and content across various platforms.
  • Lead the creative team in developing high-performing, member-facing assets.
  • Lead ambassador, referral, and loyalty programs.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor member retention, engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Partner closely with Product and Sales/Member Experience (MX) teams to enhance the member experience.
  • Write and manage member newsletters, announcements, and promotions.
  • Champion the voice of the member in all messaging touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or member engagement roles.
  • Fluency in Iterable or similar lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics, identify drop-offs, and conduct experiments for improvement.
  • Creative thinking ability, with skills in writing compelling member copy and social posts, and the ability to lead others in this capacity.
  • Experience running successful social or ambassador programs with demonstrated engagement results.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams.
  • Enthusiasm for improving retention, reducing churn, and driving referrals.
  • Deep passion for root-cause healthcare and empowering individuals to stay well.
  • Familiarity with MacBook, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
