  • Manage territory: Develop customer databases and detailed profiles of hospitals/medical centers/healthcare experts; evaluate, classify, and prioritize target customers and potential territories; build and maintain close relationships with key customers by ensuring company services meet requirements; monitor market trends and competitor activities, report market information to higher management and marketing team
  • Develop business: Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, ensure effective execution of sales and marketing programs in assigned territory; conduct efficient daily customer visits, handle product feedback promptly; combine diverse activities (presentations, product consultations) at various locations: hospitals, health centers, kindergartens, food stores, supermarkets, and other customer organizations
  • Plan and organize: Use customer data for detailed planning of weekly, monthly, daily customer visits, allocate resources or direct marketing activities to customers
  • Other tasks: Update product information and scientific knowledge on health care; manage departmental reports accurately and timely; ensure activities comply with Company Code of Conduct and laws; perform other tasks assigned by manager
