Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual campaign calendar aligning with business objectives, seasonality, and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and organisational strategies
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor campaigns to maximise impact and engagement
  • Utilise data analytics and market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, preferences, and purchasing patterns
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and continuously monitor campaign performance against predefined KPIs
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Develop marketing strategies to create awareness and generate excitement for new retail products
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and propose adjustments to marketing strategies as needed
  • Develop campaign calendar to execute alongside HOP Team
  • Ensure HOP participation in Deliveroo calendar campaign
  • Develop reporting and analysis dashboards and tools for OV, New customer, penetration and retention
  • Act as the liaison between central and local teams for any product developments, launches or opportunities
  • Develop best-practices based on experiments, promotions and activations led by partner markets
