Candidates must possess a BS or BA degree in communications or business, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of related commercial, marketing, or dairy industry relationship experience is required, along with preferred experience in animal health, pharmaceuticals, and/or agriculture. Proven strategic thinking and decisive action capabilities are essential.
The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and evolve the Dairy Wellness brand, focusing on integrating value-added services and creating an annual operating plan with quarterly targets for dairy anti-infectives, biologicals, and services. They will be responsible for achieving portfolio targets, executing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams (Technical Services, Sales, Finance) and external marketing agencies. Key duties include managing the A&P budget, leading content development, establishing and implementing marketing strategies, gathering customer and market insights, leading product launches, ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing forecasts with manufacturing teams, overseeing agency deliverables, identifying synergies across teams, and modeling company values.
