The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will develop and maintain the Women's marketing calendar, translating brand strategy into integrated marketing plans and consumer experiences. They will lead campaign development and go-to-market execution, partnering with creative teams and agencies to ensure brand alignment and consumer resonance. This role involves understanding and quantifying the impact of marketing initiatives on brand and business goals, acting as an internal advocate for the Women's customer, and managing project budgets and cross-functional stakeholders. The manager will also be responsible for pitching brand initiatives, managing team members, and delegating work to ensure project success.
