Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Data analysis roles, along with knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines. They should also possess experience with ad networks tracking setup, understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, UA funnel knowledge, and attribution models. Strong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills are required, along with a passion for numbers and data.
The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation, improve and develop tracking setup of Meta Ads and other AdNetworks, review marketing results to improve performance, collaborate with team members on business results, drive data-driven decisions, create dashboards and reports, define key metrics, and monitor the integrity and validity of reported data. They will also contribute to strategic decisions in user acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
