Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. They must have at least 7 years of experience in complex data management roles within healthcare or healthtech, including significant experience with master data management and healthcare data systems that have at least 100,000 patients and/or 10,000 providers. Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics (BI) Engineer is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Data Product Manager, you will spearhead the design, development, integration, and management of techniques and tools to fast-forward the time to insights across our data services, data analysts, data science, business product and reporting teams. This role centers on enhancing the tools and techniques we use to increase the quality of patient, provider, and payer data so that our internal customers get accurate, reliable, and timely data to perform analysis. You will define and drive the vision for our suite of techniques, tools and systems to drive speed and consistency of analytics and insight data products, oversee the integration of diverse healthcare data sources, collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver features, act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure all data processes comply with relevant regulations such as HIPAA.
