Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in exhibitions or marketing are preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in professional exhibition audience or buyer invitation work, having participated in the buyer invitation and service process for at least one complete exhibition
  • Sincere with excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude, adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and be able to handle a certain degree of work pressure
  • Possess keen business insight to capture customer perceptions and engage in value-driven communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain key buyers in designated channels, including but not limited to hypermarkets, lifestyle stores, e-commerce, and home experience centers across different industries
  • Formulate recruitment plans and manage buyer invitation activities; oversee and manage the outbound calling team during the invitation process to ensure targets are met
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with buyers and industry organizations
  • Plan and execute buyer events to enhance the engagement of high-quality buyers
  • Dynamically maintain the buyer database
  • Identify industry trends and collect buyer insights
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure targets are achieved
