Position Overview

Wisp is seeking a sharp, marketing-focused Data Analyst to join our growing, fully-remote team in the United States. Since 2018, Wisp has been dedicated to empowering patients with accessible sexual and reproductive healthcare online, offering discreet and convenient treatments. We are part of the WELL Health family and are looking for individuals committed to our mission, passionate about results, and eager to build something amazing with high levels of ownership and accountability.

This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to convert to a full-time role with benefits after at least 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for investigation and drive projects to completion with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Proactively "connect the dots" across marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Data Analyst, Head of Data, and other business leads to translate stakeholder needs into analytics and data requirements.
  • Provide ad hoc support for internal organizational initiatives, including intake requests.
  • Assist in moving the organization towards more self-service analytics by introducing intuitive dashboards and reports, providing training, and conducting hands-on sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform and present deep-dive analyses to senior and extended leadership to influence decisions and strategy, with guidance from the Head of Data and VP of Marketing & Strategy.

Requirements

  • Over 4 years of experience in fast-paced D2C environments, with a strong focus on marketing and close collaboration with operations and product teams to drive data-informed strategies and performance outcomes.
  • Subject matter expertise in SQL.
  • Strong ability to create insightful, visually compelling dashboards using tools like Looker.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with building analytical models using tools like Python or R (DBT is a plus).
  • Comfortable supporting and utilizing 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics for web and marketing analytics.
  • Proven experience partnering closely and effectively with executive leadership and marketing teams.
  • Regularly deliver presentations on findings and influence strategy.
  • Amplitude/Segment experience is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country this requisition states. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
