Requirements

  • Experienced in working with Visa Direct partners (e.g., Acquirers, Processors, ISVs, Program Managers)
  • Background in account management, revenue driving, and partnerships growth across Money Movement Solutions (MMS) clients
  • Ability to contribute to building an account management practice and development of Strategy and Commercial plans for MMS EU
  • Capability to execute contracted activities (e.g., marketing plans, business development)
  • Skills in optimizing customer performance with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, CS, Data analytics, VCA, Ecosystem Readiness, Product)
  • Proficiency in mining adoption opportunities, setting up for contract renewals/upsells, and driving continuous growth (X-selling, up-selling MMS products)
  • Experience building long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners, including international travel for face-to-face meetings
  • Ability to develop Account plans, conduct monthly/quarterly reviews, provide performance insights, lead review sessions, and problem-solve stalled programs
  • Competence in ensuring healthy NPS scores and turning customers into advocates (pilots, case studies, webinars, podcasts, referrals)
  • Availability for hybrid work (office 2-3 days/week, ~50% time in office based on business needs)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to building an account management practice
  • Drive revenue and partnerships growth across a portfolio of MMS clients throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Achieve net revenue targets, retain existing clients, and maintain volumes for relevant cluster/clients
  • Contribute to development of Strategy and Commercial plans for MMS EU
  • Execute contracted activities with clients (e.g., marketing plans, business development)
  • Optimize customer performance by collaborating with enabling functions (Marketing, CS, Data analytics, VCA, Ecosystem Readiness, Product)
  • Mine for adoption opportunities within existing agreements (e.g., new routes, wallet share, use-cases)
  • Set customers up for contract renewals and upsells
  • Drive continuous growth beyond contracts, including X-selling/up-selling MMS products and identifying other Visa opportunities (e.g., issuing)
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners; conduct ongoing face-to-face meetings (including international travel)
  • Develop Account plans and conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with performance insights and growth opportunities
  • Lead regular review and opportunity-solving sessions with cross-functional teams; problem-solve stalled programs or plateaued volumes
  • Provide management reporting
  • Ensure healthy NPS scores
