Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in training and performance management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs is essential, as is experience with performance management systems and methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required, along with the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning.
The Senior Manager of Training & Performance will lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback. They will identify learning needs, develop a comprehensive learning strategy, create personalized learning paths, and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Furthermore, they will design, develop, and implement training programs and content across member support and member experience processes, systems, and technical areas, aligning with ID.me’s strategic goals and supporting employee engagement and professional development.
