Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management will lead the PMO function for the Vanguard India Office, overseeing end-to-end program governance, execution, and tracking. This role involves converting global strategies into executable local plans, aligning multi-year roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of key milestones. Responsibilities include understanding workforce planning and talent ramp-up, coordinating with HR and India leadership on hiring strategies, and managing global stakeholder relationships. The incumbent will also be proficient in governance structures, risk management, tooling, and reporting, providing clear executive communication and leading steering reviews.
