Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of professional employees and/or supervisors
  • Implement organizational strategies through effective direction and management of resources
  • Be accountable for the business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes or programs
  • Understand how other business units operate and how goals align with organizational goals
  • Have budget and profit/loss responsibility
  • Perform real-time monitoring of systems for software/hardware errors, failures and capacity issues
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and collaborate with other analysts and development teams
  • Handle Incidents for both internal and external customers
  • Install application updates and maintain operational documentation and procedures
