Requirements

  • Ability to work closely with the Founder & CEO (Naveen Tewari) as primary stakeholder
  • Experience supporting CEO priorities, decision framing with leadership, and execution of initiatives
  • Capability to manage 2-3 work streams across topics including Fundraising, M&A, OKR setup, AOP, new initiatives, investor relationships, brand building strategy & impact, product strategy & development, governance on user metrics & revenue initiatives, cross-company commercial & legal collaboration, incubating 0-to-1 projects, supporting external partnerships, and articulating vision & strategy
  • Proficiency in problem framing & investigation, solutioning & ideation with leaders & teams, rallying teams to build consensus, and structured planning & execution

Responsibilities

  • Report into the VP, Strategy & Operations as part of the CEO’s office in the Central Strategy & Operations (CS&O) team focused on InMobi Group Strategy
  • Support the CEO on top-of-mind priorities
  • Guide the framing and making of decisions with leadership
  • Execute resulting initiatives
  • Work with relevant leaders and their units on 2-3 streams covering Fundraising, M&A, OKR setup, AOP, new initiatives, investor relationships, brand building strategy & impact, product strategy & development efforts, governance on user metrics & revenue initiatives, cross-company commercial & legal collaboration, incubating 0-to-1 projects, supporting external partnerships, helping articulate vision & strategy
