Requirements
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

- At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of people management experience
- Mexico citizen or permanent resident
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience in at least one of: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, C#/.Net, or Go (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that meet regulatory needs
- Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal and external technology communities, mentor engineering community members, and occasionally code or evaluate code
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions achieve financial empowerment
- Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go; Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases; Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes; and a variety of AWS tools and services
