Senior Manager, B2B Digital Experiences

Position Overview

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Senior Manager to lead the development of our next-generation B2B Digital Experiences. This critical role will drive the delivery of a new eCommerce ecosystem, shaping the future of our digital business offerings. You will oversee a team of software development and quality engineering professionals, guiding them through the execution of the product roadmap. You will be supported by a technical lead and a team of accomplished engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software development and quality engineering professionals.
  • Oversee the delivery of the product roadmap for B2B Digital Experiences.
  • Motivate, grow, and organize your team to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of web development experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
  • Previous experience making architectural decisions.
  • Experience managing a project from RFP to SOW to production.
