The role involves collaborating with Product, Architecture, TPM, and Data Governance teams to deliver high-quality data products, improving data engineering best practices in areas such as data quality and governance, championing agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and cultivating engineering talent through coaching and performance management in a distributed team environment.
