The Data Engineering Lead will lead a squad of Data Engineers to deliver high-quality, high-velocity customer data pipelines while maintaining existing ones. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Implementation team and Data Analyst to own DE requirement writeups, communicating timelines for deliverables, proactively flagging risks, leading backlog grooming, ensuring team cross-coverage, conducting peer reviews and DE UATs, resolving post-UAT issues, identifying and escalating inefficiencies, and supporting project management and leadership to peers.
