Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 6+ years of technical experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proficient in multiple technologies, languages, and frameworks; up-to-date with industry trends and tools
  • Strong architectural and design skills; advocates for best practices and operational excellence
  • Broad product knowledge; able to contribute across components and resolve complex issues
  • Understands customer use cases and applies insights to improve technology and business outcomes
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Manages, and develops diverse, distributed teams; responsible for performance management and talent planning
  • Defines team goals aligned with business needs and collaborates across multiple teams to deliver solutions
  • Owns capacity planning, resource allocation, and ensures optimal team structure and efficiency
  • Leads product roadmap execution in partnership with product management; plans product lifecycle phases
  • Mentors both individual contributors and managers; supports professional development and growth
  • Drives process improvements, identifies bottlenecks, and implements scalable solutions
  • Bridges technical and business domains; ensures alignment between technology stack and business outcomes
  • Contributes to product innovation by gathering customer feedback and identifying industry shifts
