Requirements

  • Leadership experience in site operations, facilities management, or related field, suitable for a Senior Manager role
  • Expertise in financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, and spending control
  • Supervisory experience managing Site Managers, Facilities Teams, and FM teams
  • Knowledge of managing Leasehold Improvements, Churn, Operational Excellence projects, and capital projects including third-party suppliers
  • Ability to develop annual country plans and 3-year financial forecasts
  • Proficiency in developing hard and soft services strategies, SLAs, KPIs, and optimized outsourcing solutions
  • Technical knowledge in buildings mechanical, electrical, health, safety, environmental (EHS), security, and Business Continuity
  • Experience ensuring legal compliance for buildings and building services across multiple countries
  • Skills in providing technical advice on project concepts, design standards, best practices, and risk management
  • Capability to coordinate EHS Committees and conduct regular technical reviews
  • Experience managing regional consultants, vendors, and suppliers using SLAs and KPIs
  • Proficiency in site operations and sustainability data reporting
  • Ability to measure performance, improve service delivery, and maintain Site Operation Masterplans with space plans and growth modeling

Responsibilities

  • Determine, develop, and execute the CEF site operational strategy
  • Provide country leadership, supporting the regional business and the global CEF team
  • Responsible for financial stewardship, provide forecast of financial budget and ensure spending within budget
  • Supervise Site Manager and Facilities Team to deliver efficient services across sites
  • Manage the FM teams to support the needs of the business located within the country
  • Work with the Workpace and Project Teams on capital projects and workplace initiatives to support the business in country and development of the site operation business system
  • Manage Leasehold Improvement, Churn and Operational Excellence projects as required
  • Manage delivery of capital projects including management of third-party suppliers
  • Develop an annual country plan and a 3-year financial forecast
  • Continued development of the hard and soft services strategy, ensuring appropriate SLAs and KPIs are developed and implemented
  • Strategize and execute optimised outsourcing solution
  • Provide support and advice to the business on matters relating to buildings mechanical, electrical, health, safety, environmental and security
  • Undertake regular technical reviews of M&E and EHS & Security and Business Continuity
  • Ensure legal compliance for all buildings and building services across countries
  • Provide technical advice on new project concepts: standard and quality of design, promotion of best practice and overall risk management to the business
  • Coordinate monthly EHS Committee
  • Measure performance of site operation services to improve service delivery
  • Ensure that the Site Operation Masterplan remains accurate and relevant with up-to-date space plans and growth modelling data for country
  • Strengthen the current technical capabilities of the team and increase strategic competencies to better meet the requirements of the business
  • Contribute to the setting, organising and prioritising of goals and objectives
  • Manage regional consultants or vendors related to all CRE property matters
  • Manage regional suppliers to review performance against contract using SLAs and KPIs
